If you have any questions about your reel please contact us directly. We may be able to assist you with a simple fix via phone or e-mail. If you do send your SEiGLER Reel in for service or repair we will get it back to you as soon as possible.

We have a $40 service fee that can be paid by credit card through this site. Shopify will also add $12.00 for return shipping & handling. The total charge will be $52.00. Please include your contact information and return address inside the box.
